Will I get notified when my materials are due or my hold is ready to pick up?

As a courtesy, the library sends reminder notices three days before an item is due via phone, email, or text, based on the notification settings made by the card holder. When items checked out to a borrower become seven or more days overdue, another reminder is sent. A final written notice will be sent to the email or mailing address listed in the borrower’s account after materials become 28 days overdue. You may change your notification settings by logging into your account or asking for staff assistance in person, via email, phone, or chat.
