I can't pick up my hold in time - what can I do to get my item?

Did you know that you can cancel or suspend your holds by logging into your account and clicking on your Requests? This is very handy when you know you are going to be out of town. Just suspend your hold and then reinstate it when you get back. You will not lose your place on the holds list!
